All layouts are original illustrative geometry, not surveys or reproductions of actual premises. The Penrose concept is informed by Winger’s published service offering; its bay count, floor plan, vehicles, schedules and staffing are invented for demonstration. Winger states that its Trade Parts Centre is across the road. No affiliation, endorsement or operational integration is implied.
The workshop uses ten synthetic jobs (thirteen with the extra-bookings option), one 15-minute inspection station, one to three service bays, 45–100 minutes of service and one 10-minute final-check station. Jobs wait off-bay for approval and parts. No staff breaks, skill constraints, walking time or real vehicle data are included. The demo runs from 08:00 to 17:00; this is not Winger’s opening-hours schedule.
Energy is an hourly electrical balance for a made-up day. Displayed kW is the constant power assumed within that hour. Summing those hourly values gives daily kWh. Solar uses a synthetic 06:00–18:00 sine profile with a weather multiplier; it is not an address-specific yield forecast. The optional home battery starts empty, has a 3 kW power limit and 95% efficiency in each direction. The end-of-day energy remains stored. A shifted EV or hot-water load uses the same energy at a different time. No tariffs, payback, thermal comfort, carbon, HVAC design or safety performance are modelled.
School and business zoning changes assumed non-essential loads outside occupied hours. Essential services remain on. It does not demonstrate that occupied spaces can safely reduce ventilation or heating. All power values are illustrative assumptions. Imported CSV readings are snapshots, not a live feed, and do not drive a calibrated forecast.
