Copyright © 2026 assembl. All rights reserved.

You must accept these terms before you buy. By ticking the box at checkout you agree to them, and the version you accepted is recorded with your order.

1. What you get

A one-off licence to download and use the assembl Workforce kit (the dashboard template, the build scripts, the Claude plugin and the setup playbook) in one business.

2. What you may do

  • Install and use the kit for one business, including its staff and contractors working for that business.
  • Change the kit as much as you like for that business: your brand, your wording, your skills.
  • Keep backup copies.

3. What you may not do

  • Resell, share, give away, sublicense or publish the kit or a changed version of it.
  • Use it to build dashboards or plugins for other businesses, as a service or otherwise.
  • Remove this licence or the copyright notices.

The image-prompt skill in plugin/assembl-workforce/skills/image-generation/ is third-party work under the MIT licence in that folder. Its own terms apply to it.

4. No support, no updates

The kit is sold as a self-serve download. The price covers the files only. It doesn't include setup help, troubleshooting, training, customisation, updates or new versions. You can ask assembl for paid help separately; assembl doesn't have to agree.

5. Your accounts and data

The kit runs inside your own Claude account and connects to your own Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace through Claude's connectors. assembl doesn't host it, can't see your data and has no access to your accounts. You're responsible for your accounts, the permissions you grant, and complying with the Privacy Act 2020 for the information you process with it.

6. Drafts are yours to check

The kit drafts emails, posts, plans and notes. It's set up not to send, post, book, pay or delete anything. Anything you send or act on is your decision and your responsibility. AI output can be wrong; check it before you rely on it.

7. Third-party services

The kit depends on services assembl doesn't control, including Claude, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Their features, prices and terms can change, and a change may stop part of the kit working.

8. Warranty and liability

The kit is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, assembl gives no warranty that it's free of errors or suits a particular purpose, and isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data. Where the law allows a cap, assembl's total liability is limited to the price you paid for the kit.

If you're buying for the purposes of a business, you agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 doesn't apply, and that this is fair and reasonable. [Lawyer to confirm wording and whether sections 9, 12A and 13 of the Fair Trading Act 1986 should also be excluded.]

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can't be excluded.

9. Refunds

There are no refunds for change of mind. If the kit is faulty, won't download, or isn't as described, tell us at assembl@assembl.co.nz and we'll fix it, replace it or refund you. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and other consumer law are not affected. [assembl to confirm the process. Never write "no refunds".]

10. Your information

We collect your name, email, business name (if you give one) and order details to sell and deliver the kit, keep records for tax, and contact you about your order. Stripe processes your payment; we never see your card number. We'll only send you marketing if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time. You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you under the Privacy Act 2020. assembl, Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland, assembl@assembl.co.nz. [Add assembl's legal name and physical address.]

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version you accepted applies to your purchase.

12. General

These terms are governed by New Zealand law. If part of them can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
