The pack
What this OS adds for your industry.
Each module shows what it can do today. Proposed means designed, not built.
Food safety records
Fridge, chiller and cooking checks for today, the last week’s gaps, and a verification checklist for your food control plan or national programme.
Guidance and drafts, not legal advice. Your verifier, council and the people named in your plan have the final word.

Suppliers and allergen matrix
Every dish against the allergens the Food Standards Code names, the line staff can say when a customer asks, and supplier changes that need a recheck.
The matrix shows what the recipe on file contains. It never says a dish is allergen-free: cross-contact in a kitchen is always possible.

Licences and host responsibility
Your on-licence and every manager’s certificate with expiry and apply-by dates, plus a host responsibility checklist for each service.
Renewal lead times are from Wellington City Council, an example council. Check your own council’s District Licensing Committee.

Rosters and breaks
Checks the week’s roster for minimum rest and meal breaks and for a certified manager through every licensed hour. Pay and leave go to Aroha in People.
Break minimums from Employment New Zealand. An employment agreement can give more, never less.
Bookings and guest messages
Today’s bookings with allergy notes, and drafts for confirmations, allergy follow-ups, changes and thank-yous. You send them from your own system.
Offers go only to guests who agreed to hear from you. Details from a booking platform are indirect collection under IPP 3A.
Hospitality hazard register
Burns, cuts, slips, lifting, late closes and pressure in service: each hazard with its controls, owner and review date, seeded from WorkSafe’s café guidance.
The rating sorts the list; it is not a WorkSafe rule. Whether an event is notifiable is your call with a competent person.
People
Leave, holiday pay questions, employment agreements and staff policies, with Aroha, the HR specialist shared by every business OS.
Rosters and breaks stay with Mahi. Anything about pay, leave or a person’s employment goes to Aroha.
The Workforce
Specialist agents, grounded in official sources.
Workforce is the agent team inside the OS. Each specialist reads official New Zealand pages live, cites the source and date for every claim and fact-checks its own draft. Drafts are not legal advice.
