assembl OS · built for New Zealand

One operating system for your industry.

The system your business logs into: one dashboard, one record, and a Workforce of agents that draft the work and wait for your yes. Each one cites official New Zealand sources and says plainly what is live, simulated or still proposed.

The operating systems

Pick your industry. Try the Example.

Each public OS runs on a fictional Example business so you can see how it works. Nothing in an Example is a real business, person or record.

  • Experimental

Inside every OS

The same shell, your industry’s pack.

Every OS has the same eleven tabs. An industry pack adds its own modules, specialist agents and tabs on top.

  1. Today

What needs you today: drafts awaiting approval, dates coming up and what the team did overnight.

  2. DO

Your personal agent: the approvals and life-admin queue. Nothing is sent, paid or booked without your tap.

  3. Brain

The second brain: what the business knows, plus the nightly context digest.

  4. Library

Files the team can read and cite: plans, policies, menus, price lists. Up to 25 MB a file.

  5. Content

Drafts for your website, socials and newsletters, in your voice, for your review.

  6. Team

The Workforce: each agent’s role, the sources it cites and the authority level you set.

  7. Record

Receipts: what each agent drafted, which sources it read and who approved it.

  8. Vault

Encrypted notes and documents only you can open.

  9. Connections

The accounts the OS can read, such as email, calendar or Xero. Each one is your own, added by you.

  10. Usage & credits · owner only

Model usage and credits for this OS. Owner only.

  11. Settings

    People, export, delete and terms.

Optional pack tabs Pursuit · Projects · Forecast · Studio · Consent check · People (Aroha)

What a piece of content is

Example
A fictional business. No real client data.
Simulated
The screen works on fictional data only.
Draft
Written by an agent for a person to check. Not advice.
Illustrative
A picture of the idea, not a real screen or result.
Preview
An early look. It may change before it opens.

What the agents may do

  • Agents start at level 2, Draft. Anything consequential waits for a named person’s tap.
  • Nothing is sent, paid, lodged or published by the OS on its own.
  • Specialists read official New Zealand pages live, cite the source and the date for every claim, and fact-check their own draft.
  • Drafts are information, not legal advice, and are never labelled compliant.

For larger organisations

Customer journey concepts. A layer inside your system.

For big organisations assembl is a layer inside the systems you already run, never your operating system. These are independent concepts built from public material. They are not clients, and nothing in them used a customer’s data.
