03 Consent check · Rawa
Consent check.
Before a set is lodged, the Workforce consent rules read each project record and flag the Building Code clauses an architect should check, by number.
Rules, not a model: the same check runs every time, on the project record only. A flag is a prompt for the architect. Nothing here says a design complies, and nothing is lodged; the council, as building consent authority, decides.
