Where the next work comes from: real GETS tenders ranked for an architecture practice, the pipeline, and what it means for the months ahead.
The tenders are live. The pipeline and fees are the Example practice’s, run through the same forecast logic the Workforce dashboard uses.

Won work counts in full; everything else counts as fee times likelihood, spread evenly over its months. Signals and work on hold are left out. Example break-even $72k a month.
